The East Haddam Middle School Conversion Committee is made up of 9 regular members and 2 alternate members.  Liaisons from the Board of Selectmen and the Board of Education are also in attendance at meetings.
 
Four subcommittees have been formed:  Facility Needs, Space Needs, Public Relations and Grants & Legal.  Subcommittee meetings are held seperately and reports are made to the entire committee during full committee meetings.
